Electrical Tester We are currently seeking a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold a current City & Guilds 2391 qualification and have experience carrying out electrical testing, inspections, and certification. You will play a key role in ensuring electrical systems meet current standards and regulations, identifying faults, and providing high-quality reports and recommendations. Electrical Tester Key Responsibilities: * Conduct fixed wire testing (EICR) in domestic social housing environments * Complete and issue electrical certification and reports to a high standard * Carry out fault finding and remedial works where necessary * Ensure all work complies with BS7671 wiring regulations and health & safety standards * Liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver efficient, professional service * Maintain accurate records and documentation Electrical Tester Requirements: * City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395 equivalent) * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * Proven experience in electrical testing & inspection * Full UK driving licence * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Electrical Tester Desirable: * ECS Gold Card * Experience with tablet-based reporting systems (e.g., EasyCert, Joblogic) * Familiarity with domestic and commercial sites What We Offer: * Competitive salary with overtime opportunities * Company van and fuel card * Testing equipment provided * Ongoing training and development
