We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to support passive fire protection and FRA remedial projects across social housing properties in Chigwell. Ideal for someone with experience in fire stopping, fire doors, compliance, or construction coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate passive fire projects (fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, FRA works).
- Maintain schedules, trackers, documentation and raise quotes.
- Collect and upload compliance evidence (photos, certs, install data).
- Liaise with residents, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support quality checks, O&M packs, RAMS and reporting.
- Prepare weekly progress updates and maintain project KPIs.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience in passive fire, fire stopping, fire doors, FRA remedials or construction coordination.
- Social housing experience.
- Ability to read drawings/FRA reports.
- Strong organisation, admin and communication skills.
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, CRM/portals).
Desirable:
- IFE/FIRAS/BM TRADA/IFC awareness.
- CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS.
- Experience with compliance evidence packs.
