Summary NRL are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join a national contractor's Preconstruction Team, working on major projects and advanced facilities.
You'll play a key part in shaping high-value projects and contributing to successful outcomes.
Location and Working Pattern Sunderland, based, hybrid working negotiable. Full-time, approx. 40 hours per week.

Develop quantified schedules of rates and bills of quantities in collaboration with commercial team.
Analyse tender documentation for accurate pricing and risk identification.
Prepare for settlement meetings, covering key elements such as risk registers, preliminaries and labour rates.
Collaborate across internal teams to align estimating, commercial and delivery functions.
Must‐have Requirements Proven experience in estimating within the construction sector.
Strong understanding of tendering processes, cost planning and commercial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with estimating software and cost databases, ideally Conquest.
