We are looking for a dedicated Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our station. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and expertise in managing station systems and interfacing.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of station activities, including customer service, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Manage and schedule station staff, including duty shift managers and station shift managers.
- Oversee inventory management and stock control to ensure the availability of required resources.
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect staff and customers.
- Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and support to station employees.
- Liaise with regional and corporate management to communicate station performance and contribute to overall strategy.
Qualifications
