This role is well-suited to professionals with a strong background in transmission and distribution who enjoy managing site activities and ensuring project success. **Location and Working Pattern** Dounreay, Scotland 11 days on, 3 off **Client Overview** Our client is a leading provider in the Transmissionand Distribution sector, delivering projects that are key to maintaining and improving network infrastructure. **Responsibilities*** Manage day-to-day site operations on substation projects* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards* Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain productivity* Plan and monitor project schedules and milestones* Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting* Liaise with project teams to resolve technical or operational issues* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are met**Must-have Requirements*** Valid SPEN authorisations for substation work* SMSTS certification* Proven experience managing substation projects* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations* Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders professionally**Nice-to-have Skills*** Experience with National Grid or DNO projects* First Aid qualification* Knowledge of CDM regulations**Apply Now** If you have the skills and experience for this Site Manager role and are available for projects across Scotland, we’d love to hear from you.
