About the Role:
NRL is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client's office services team at Heysham 2 Nuclear Power Station. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to provide frontline support across a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general day-to-day administrative duties
- Collate and manage timesheets
- Control and manage documents
- Check and process invoices
- Provide training and support for contractors
Ideal Candidate:
- Reception experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Good Customer Service Skills
Additional Information:
This is a temporary, on-site position. The successful applicant will be required to undergo security clearance, which includes a criminal record check and references from the past five years of employment.
