ResponsibilitiesManage Viewpoint and Procore systems for the full project lifecycle in accordance with digital project delivery procedures. Maintain an effective document control system to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor correct naming conventions and compliance with the project Communication Protocol. Provide support and training to teams and address document management queries. Support the Quality Lead with O&M and Health & Safety documentation collection. Must‐have RequirementsProven experience in document control within the construction sector. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office tools.
