You’ll take the technical lead on drainage and SuDS design for major highways and infrastructure projects, at a major Civil Engineering client in Watford, developing solutions that reduce flood risk and enhance sustainability. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll deliver compliant, innovative, and cost-effective water management systems from concept to completion.
What you will need:
- Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or closely related field)
- Proven experience delivering drainage and SuDS designs on highways or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, or ICM for hydraulic and hydrological modelling
- Solid understanding of UK standards and legislation (DMRB, CIRIA SuDS Manual, Flood and Water Management Act)
- Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to lead and mentor others
