Overview
In this role you will drive digital construction delivery for major infrastructure projects as a 4D/BIM planner. You will develop sequencing models aligned to schedules and coordinate cross-disciplinary BIM data to support risk-informed decision making. Working with a digital delivery team, you’ll apply tools to visualise, optimise, and maintain data integrity across the project lifecycle. This position offers exposure to high-profile programmes, with scope to push innovation through 4D/5D modelling and AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 4D construction sequencing models aligned to project schedules
- Coordinate BIM models and ensure cross-discipline integration
- Support construction planning and digital delivery for major infrastructure projects
- Use Synchro Pro, Navisworks, Revit and Civil 3D to visualise and optimise project delivery
- Maintain data and drawing integrity across all model elements
- Collaborate closely with engineering, planning and construction teams
- Provide digital construction insights to support client decision‑making
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a 4D Planner, BIM Planner or Digital Construction Engineer
- Expertise in construction sequencing and model management
- Proficiency in Synchro Pro, Navisworks, and Revit
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- British national status and eligibility for SC security clearance
