Duration: From June 2025 until the end of 2028
Location: First 3-4 months in Kingston Upon Thames KT1 (accommodation provided), then in Talacre CH8 9RD.
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (to be confirmed).

Our client is a global leader in engineering and major project construction for the energy and infrastructure sectors, offshore and onshore. Organized into six business lines, it features 8 fabrication yards, an offshore fleet of 29 vessels, and 15 drilling rigs, emphasizing technological innovation.
Purpose of the position: As Project Secretary, you will support the Energy Carriers business line within the Project Management department, providing secretarial and organizational support to the Liverpool Bay project, ensuring efficient service to the Project/Client Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and screening calls and visitors
- Drafting correspondence and emails
- Organizing archives and documentation, both paper and electronic
- Supporting report and presentation preparation
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and writing reports
- Arranging international travel and managing itineraries and expenses
- Checking passport and visa requirements and handling paperwork
- Preparing orders for office materials
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience as a project secretary or similar role, ideally within the energy sector and in an international context
- Proficiency in Office software
- Fluent in relevant foreign languages, both spoken and written
- Flexibility to work in Kingston upon Thames initially (accommodation provided)
