Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically capable Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of complex engineering projects. This role involves working alongside the Project Manager to coordinate technical activities across departments, ensuring that all project deliverables meet time, budget, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Coordination: Liaise with Engineering and Sourcing teams to manage technical deliverables, resolve issues, and drive project progress.
- Project Planning: Define and monitor project schedules, identify risks and opportunities, and initiate early interventions where needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support and motivate project teams to achieve key milestones and performance targets.
- Customer Interface: Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing support and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation & Standards: Ensure project documentation aligns with internal standards and client expectations.
- Design & Engineering Oversight: Participate in design reviews and take a lead role in technical direction as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a technical project coordination or engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Experience in project management and planning
- Familiarity with HVDC systems and EHV AC substations
- Understanding of the international HVDC market and customer expectations
- Knowledge of electrical power systems for utility clients
