Working with a leading waste to energy company, NRL are looking to recruit a Performance Manager on a permanent basis in Farnborough. This role is working in the Operation and Maintenance team to ensure best in class performance on the site.
The Role:
During the O&M plant mobilisation, the O&M Performance Manager will support the O&M Site organisation in the transition and hand-over from EPC, thus ensuring the best possible starting point of the O&M plant operations.
- Responsibility includes driving all performance improvement efforts in conjunction with the O&M site teams and building on the lessons learned and extending these to the entire O&M fleet
- Document actions and decisions during meetings and workshops by means of MOM, actions tracker and similar tools.
- Prepare PP slides to support O&M reporting, O&M strategies, Lessons Learned, Best Practice, Business Case Improvements, etc.
- Support and assist in developing and maintaining tools and systems to support the continuous improvement process e.g. CMMS, PPMS, remote monitoring of plant performance, data collection and analysis, outage planning /optimisation.
- Support Performance Management with case studies on performance improvements including follow ups on pre-engineering needed to develop the cost base for business cases.
