Our client is a well-established construction organisation with a strong track record of delivering technically challenging, large-scale projects to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full mechanical and electrical scope across the project lifecycle
- Lead all MEP activities to meet programme, quality, safety, and commercial targets
- Monitor compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and regulations
- Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Drive performance and continuous improvement across all MEP operations
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress reporting to maintain alignment with objectives
Must-have Requirements
- Relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade Qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects as Senior Project Manager or similar
- Preferably experience gained with a main building contractor
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
