Position

Our client is a prominent construction organisation with a strong track record in delivering complex civil engineering and structural projects to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of civil and structural packages (CSA) from pre-construction through to completion
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer sub-contract and supplier agreements
- Monitor project costs, valuations, and cash flow, producing accurate financial forecasts
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities to maximise profitability
- Oversee cost reporting, interim valuations, and final accounts to ensure compliance with contract obligations
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and relevant standards
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Surveyor with experience in CSA/civil works
- Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contract forms
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high professional standards
- Proficiency in cost management software and standard Microsoft applications
