NRL are currently recruiting Mechanical Mates for a role based in Oldbury.
Start Date: Ongoing intakes
Duration: Long term ongoing
Site: Manufacturing plant
Job Spec: Assisting skilled crafts people with their day-to-day activities. Must be keen/willing to learn, and able to take instruction. Good H & S standards needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work within a team as well as under your own initiative.
- Ideal candidates should have a level of experience within the mechanical/plumbing industry.
- All competencies will be reviewed via CVs prior to interviews.
- Basic hand tools required.
Working Hours:
- 7.30am-4pm Mon-Thur
- 7.30am-1pm Fri
- Overtime potentially available
Rate of Pay:
- PAYE: Basic - £12.59 working rate + £1.65 HP = £14.24 total payable
- OT1 - £16.79 working rate + £2.20 HP = £18.99 total payable
- OT2 - £18.88 working rate + £2.47 HP = £21.35 total payable
- Umbrella: Basic - £16.20
- OT1 - £21.55
- OT2 - £24.30
