Job Description
NRL has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Compliance Administrator in Woking to join our rapidly growing international team as we continue to expand.
In this role, you will provide essential support to our international compliance and recruitment teams, ensuring that all administrative processes are effectively managed for our non-UK contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Coordination:
- Answering incoming calls professionally, transferring calls, or taking messages.
- Handling email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Consulting with contractors and ensuring their satisfaction with our services, addressing any concerns.
- Administrative & Compliance Support:
- Maintaining and updating candidate and client databases.
- Managing and tracking operational spreadsheets.
- Ensuring onboarding documentation is collected, recorded, and compliant before workers start assignments.
- Understanding and following compliance processes, issuing relevant information/documentation as needed.
- Payroll & Finance Support:
- Assisting in resolving payroll-related queries, such as timesheets and expenses, in line with varying client requirements.
- General Administrative Support:
- Supporting recruitment operations teams as required, including drafting and posting of job vacancies
- Other ad-hoc administration as required
