HSE Engineer – Kingston upon Thames

Location : Kingston, UK

Employment Type : Permanent Staff

About the Role: We’re hiring an HSE Engineer to join our clients growing team supporting the BP NEP / NZT Carbon Capture Project and future energy transition projects. This is an office-based role (not site-based), focused heavily on auditing, compliance, and risk management .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor HSE documentation and supplier registers
  • Develop and maintain project HSE deliverables
  • Lead risk assessments and HSE readiness reviews
  • Conduct internal audits and lead investigations
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory HSE requirements
  • Support and coordinate the Country Emergency Response Team

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Degree-level qualification + NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
  • Experience : 2–4 years with an IMCA contractor
  • Certifications : Auditor and investigation certification
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of IOGP and IMCA standards
  • Bonus : Maritime or offshore experience
