Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering works
- Lead project teams, managing resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
- Ensure strict adherence to project programme, cost controls, and quality standards
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance at all stages of delivery
- Monitor and report on progress, providing accurate updates and forecasts to senior management
- Drive problem resolution and implement corrective measures as required
- Lead contract management in collaboration with commercial teams
Must-have Requirements
- Significant experience managing civil or infrastructure projects as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of delivering works under NEC or similar contract frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organisational and risk management capability
