Job Title: Electrician – JIB rates
Summary: We’re seeking qualified Electricians to support a one-week shutdown at the Marcegaglia Plant in Sheffield, starting on 27th July. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for industrial electricians who can deliver quality work to tight deadlines.
Salary: JIB rates apply.
Location and Working Pattern: Marcegaglia Plant, Sheffield – one-week shutdown commencing 27th July.
Client Overview: Our client operates within the power and energy sector, delivering critical maintenance and shutdown projects across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and inspect electrical systems to industry standards.
- Carry out work in hazardous areas in line with regulations.
- Test and certify electrical installations accurately.
- Follow project drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Complete all safety and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the wider project team to achieve deadlines.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Must-have Requirements
- Recognised NAECI Grade 5 qualification or eligibility.
- Valid JIB card.
- Proven experience in industrial electrical installations.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Previous experience on large-scale industrial or power generation sites.
- Additional electrical certifications or site safety training.
