NRL is currently working with a client who is looking for an Electrical Site Manager/Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee the delivery of electrical installations on a commercial building services project. You will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and driving project delivery to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality of work
- Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and correctly installed
- Resolve technical issues and escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, risk assessments, and method statements
