NRL\’s client based in Edinburgh is looking to recruit a Document/Mailing Assistant to join their team on a ongoing basis – office based in the West End of Edinburgh, with potential for a permanent role further down the line.

Strong attention to detail is vital for this role.Working hourswill be 07.45 -16.00 Mon-Thu, 7.45-12.50 Friday.

About the role:

  • Dispatch – final check of batches of documents ready for mailing and marking off the production database

  • Printing out Large Print marketing and filing in the right places for transcribers to pick up

  • Franking – sorting and processing all mail ready for dispatch – some of which will be using the franking machine

What you will need:

  • Candidates will need to have a strong attention span as there is a great volume of work

  • You will be required to pass a basic credit check prior to beginning assignment due to the financial nature of the documentation

  • Candidates must be looking for long term work as this role may become a long term opportunity for the right candidate.
