Join our client’s Bid Team based in their Penketh office, supporting the full bid lifecycle from expression of interest to submission. You’ll coordinate cross-functional input, manage documentation, and help ensure timely, high-quality tenders. This role is critical to maintaining their competitive edge in the marketplace.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in a similar bid coordination or proposals role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and document formatting skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills across multiple departments
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites if required
