This is a key coordination role responsible for managing works, space utilisation, access routes, and stakeholder interfaces across designated floor levels to ensure safe and efficient delivery of the programme. Successful candidates will work closely with construction teams, supervisors, permits, temporary works, lifting operations, EHS and client representatives to maintain progress in accordance with site priorities and planning requirements. Key Responsibilities* Coordinate all activities on allocated floor levels in line with project priorities and planning requirements.* Manage workspace, laydown areas, access routes and pedestrian walkways.* Monitor activities and proactively resolve issues, escalating where necessary.* Ensure emergency exits, evacuation routes and access ways remain clear and accessible at all times.* Engage with construction teams and supervisors to ensure works are executed safely and efficiently.* Work collaboratively with other Floor Managers to deliver a coordinated approach across multiple work fronts.* Support and, where required, challenge supervisory personnel to ensure activities remain aligned with the agreed plan.* Attend daily coordination meetings and weekly planning reviews, presenting updates on floor activities and constraints.* Coordinate MEWP activities and access requirements on assigned levels.* Promote a strong nuclear safety culture and maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout designated areas.Essential Requirements* SSSTS or equivalent supervisory qualification.* Previous experience in a coordination, works management, or construction supervision role.* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary construction environment.* Good IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office applications.* Excellent spoken and written English.Desirable Requirements* Previous experience working on another major nuclear construction project.* Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and construction planning processes.* Experience coordinating multiple contractors and interfaces simultaneously.* Understanding of temporary works, lifting operations and MEWP management.Personal Attributes* Confident and resilient character with the ability to challenge senior personnel professionally when required.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.* Team-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the project. #J-18808-Ljbffr
