Key Responsibilities
- Implement and assure quality management systems and construction assurance processes on major infrastructure programmes.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics and assurance activities.
- Collect, validate, and manage quality data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations for informed decision-making.
- Analyse trends, risks, non-conformances, and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare concise programme-level reports, dashboards, and management information packs.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to interpret and integrate quality requirements.
- Coordinate reporting inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Construction Assurance within infrastructure, civil engineering, rail, or highways.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality assurance processes and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation.
- Experience in data source management, verification, and validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to produce accurate, insightful management and performance reports.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience on large-scale rail or highways projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with construction assurance frameworks, audits, and governance requirements.
- Understanding of engineering, construction, and technical delivery processes for transportation infrastructure.
- Experience with programme-level reporting and performance management.
