Responsibilities
- Assist in administering subcontracts, including preparation and processing of payments
- Support cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting activities
- Help to prepare valuations and applications for payment
- Collate and maintain accurate commercial records and documentation
- Contribute to the preparation of tender and procurement documents
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to support smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures
Must-have Requirements
- Degree, HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline, or relevant experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard IT systems
- Eager to learn and progress within a commercial team
