Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver | Washington Join NRL’s client, a global consumer brand operating across the sports, outdoor, footwear and lifestyle sectors, with a diverse portfolio of established brands. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Warehouse Operative with valid forklift truck experience who’s seeking a hands‑on role starting in December. Location and Working Pattern This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Washington. The role operates on rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:15pm 11:00am – 7:15pm You must be able to work both shifts.Client Overview Our client is a global name in the consumer goods industry, recognised for delivering high‑quality sports, outdoor, footwear and lifestyle products. Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver, you will be responsible for: Order Fulfilment Receive, check and store stock using a computerised stock locates system. Pick and pack orders accurately in line with production timetables and customer specifications. Dispatch customer orders efficiently according to company procedures.Goods Inward Safely load and unload delivery vehicles. Operate forklift equipment (Counterbalance or Reach) in accordance with safety standards. Move, store and pick stock. Operate other warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks as required.Stock Management Maintain accurate stock levels and product quality.Health and Safety Compliance Follow all health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.Must‑have Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, physical role. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
