Be at the heart of our client’s HR transformation, leading employee and industrial relations activity across key HR projects. You will advise on change management strategies while ensuring the harmonisation of policies, practices, and digital HR systems. Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-impact HR solutions.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in employee relations and industrial relations, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
- Experience in HR digital transformation projects or Time & Attendance systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading or contributing to change management initiatives, including staff adoption and training.
