About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our clients team at the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm Project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of wind turbine power production through continual improvement and standardization of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate safe delivery of wind turbine power production.
- Ensure high standards of quality and safety in site maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with customers and technology teams to achieve high performance delivery.
- Monitor and manage production-based availability metrics.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures.
- Support technician competency development and alarm handling feedback.
- Participate in process, quality, and safety improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent professional education/apprenticeship.
- Extensive experience in offshore wind maintenance operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work offshore as required.
Location: Primary location will be the Dogger Bank O&M Base at the Port of Tyne, South Shields.
