We’re hiring an EHS Governance Advisor to embed robust health, safety, and environmental governance on a high-profile, complex project at Hinkley Point C. If you thrive at the intersection of assurance, data, and stakeholder influence, this is where your impact will be felt—daily.
What you’ll lead:
- Governance & Assurance: Own audit/inspection rhythms. Keep compliance traceable, verifiable, and ready-for-review.
- Data to Decisions: Champion the project reporting tool and deliver Power BI dashboards that turn trends into actions.
- Stakeholder Influence: Be the go-to for EHS governance queries. Align contractors, site teams, and leadership around standards and best practice.
- Coaching & Culture: Train teams on reporting tools, elevate data quality, and drive engagement that improves performance.
What you bring:
- EHS/compliance expertise (c. 5+ years in large-scale construction or high-risk environments)
- NEBOSH General Certificate & CCNSG Safety Passport
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Bonus: ISO 45001 Internal Auditor and experience in regulated sectors (energy, nuclear, oil & gas, infrastructure).
