We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Dublin.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in administration who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will support essential project activities, ensuring accurate documentation and effective coordination.

Location and Working Pattern

Dublin, Ireland. Up to two days a week on-site, driven by client needs and subject to change.

Client Overview

Our client is committed to delivering innovative transport infrastructure operations and maintenance services, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure high standards and compliance.

Responsibilities Support the Commission Manager and Core Team in delivering services.

Provide project administration and general support across the team.

Maintain and manage documentation, registers, and reporting requirements.

Oversee information management and assist with audits and inspections.

Coordinate activities linked to NEC4 and PPP contracts.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Track compliance and contribute to monitoring activities.

Must-have Requirements At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in administration or a related field.

A minimum Level 6 qualification recognised by the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
