The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

As Document controller, you will report to the Document controller manager. You will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage) to support in analysing and managing the document management processes and activities in accordance with procedures. You will provide monitoring of resources and interface with Document Controllers, Function Representatives or Document Service Assistants involved in the Project on Document Management topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely transmission of the technical documents between the end client and client such as progress reports or engineering drawings.
  • Assist in project organization and logistics, including analysis of involved entities and support to the Project Manager in risk and opportunity management.
  • Establish and maintain document management processes, including project progress tracking, document workflows, templates, and compliance with methodology and procedures.
  • Control and monitor documentation lifecycle, such as client approvals, document submissions, formal correctness, and linking to related activities or structures.
  • Oversee final documentation handover to the client and ensure knowledge retention and best practices in document management.
  • Provide support and training on Document Management Tools and procedures, including help desk services and assistance for remote sites.
  • Manage reporting and data activities, including organizing registers, master data lists, internal distribution, and progress/control reports.

What are we looking for?

Experience: 8-10 years in handling incoming technical and engineering documentation, preferably in a construction site context or similar. Basic industrial knowledge with ability to understand the purpose of each document.
