We are seeking a Construction Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with construction regulations and oversee the health, safety, and environmental aspects of large-scale civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC3 contracts, construction regulations, and site-based processes. Responsibilities Oversee and ensure compliance with NEC3 contracts and construction regulations. Manage and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures on construction sites. Identify and manage risks associated with construction projects. Monitor and track project progress against the established programme. Provide general management oversight within a matrix organizational structure.Qualifications Degree in civil engineering, construction, building science, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of NEC3 contracts, UK construction regulations, Construction Design Management (CDM), and construction safety management requirements. Experience in large-scale civil engineering projects, including earthworks, bridges and structures construction, and ground engineering.Day-to-day Collaborating with project teams to ensure construction activities align with regulatory requirements. Conducting regular site visits to monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures. Managing project timelines and progress against the programme.
