We’re looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the recruitment office, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general administrative and office duties to support day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for workers, including preparing competency packs, booking inductions, generating contracts, completing reference checks, and managing timesheet submissions.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, reviewing talent pool applications and supporting ongoing recruitment activities.
- Prepare and manage invoices related to payroll and other business operations.
- Provide support for payroll queries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.
- Manage CV parsing and data entry to maintain accurate candidate records.
- General Office duties such as office upkeep and replenishment of general stock.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration (Payroll, compliance or NAECI experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel (essential).
- A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
