Summary NRL are currently looking to recruit Associate & Principal Structural Engineers to work for a client of ours working in the nuclear industry on a permanent basis based in Warrington on a variety of high profile project work. Please note that for these roles, you must be able to obtain security clearance.  Responsibilities Lead and manage structural engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, regulatory standards, and project timelines. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct detailed structural analysis and design, including seismic and stress analysis, to ensure robust engineering solutions. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and calculations to uphold accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to integrate structural engineering solutions within overall project requirements. Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards pertinent to nuclear structural engineering.
