We have a Supervisor role available at a major Infrastructure Services client in Gloucester. In this position you will take direct responsibility for delivering highways and structures works across Gloucestershire under a £2m annual contract. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, from design coordination through to on-site delivery, acting as the key interface with Gloucestershire County Council. This is a hands-on supervisory role with real ownership of safety, programme, cost, and quality.

- Deliver highways and structures works across Gloucestershire under a £2m annual contract.
- Maintain oversight of safety, programme, cost, and quality on site.
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline).
- Practical site experience within highways, structures, or civil engineering (post-graduate or equivalent).
- Proven ability to supervise works on site, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Confidence managing client communication, cost bookings, and value claims.
