NRL’s client is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to take the commercial lead on a £10M new carpark construction at Manchester Airport, ensuring costs and contracts are managed efficiently. The project involves earthworks, drainage, and subcontractor-led civil engineering works. This role requires strong commercial control to deliver on budget, mitigate risks, and support project leadership.
What you will need:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects involving horizontal or structural civils
- Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (Option A)
- Expertise in budget management, forecasting, cost reporting, and subcontractor account management
- Experience in procurement, value engineering, and risk management
