What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations and keep projects on programme
- Champion safety and ensure Zero Harm standards
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors and resources
- Manage site records, reporting and compliance
- Maintain quality, solve problems fast and keep productivity high
- Support commercial processes and manage change on site
What You Bring
- Strong site management experience
- Expert in safe systems of work and risk management
- Great communicator who can lead, motivate and influence
- Contract knowledge and confidence in technical delivery
- Calm under pressure with a solutions‑first mindset
- CSCS/SSSTS (or equivalent) and a driving licence preferred
