Their highly skilled engineering team collaborate with clients and adapt to their needs to achieve successful outcomes.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs part of their continued growth our client is looking for a Process Engineer, who will play a key role in the development and manufacture of their specialist technology.\\n\\nResponsibilities\\n\\nReporting into the Engineering Director, The Process Engineer will take a lead in engineering innovative and creative process solutions for client challenges.\\n\\nThe Successful Candidate will hold the following skills and experience and undertake work involving\\n\\n15+ year experience in the process industry.\\n\\nStrong knowledge of Pharmaceutical process engineering i.e Powder handling, steam sterilisation (SIP)/Aseptic manufacture\\n\\nKnowledge of Filter dryers, Filtration rates and theory, pipe sizing, pressure vessel safety relief calculations (nozzle sizing)\\n\\nProcess control theory (PID loops for valve control), Freeze drying, Negative pressure control for containment isolators\\n\\nKnowledge of OEB levels (ref containment operator protection)\\n\\nThermodynamics and TCU specifications\\n\\nPump specifications\\n\\nValve specs for different applications.\\n\\nIs This You?\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity with a growing business working in interesting and challenging industries.
