We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a legal environment and develop their career.
What you will be doing:
- Opening and closing client files.
- Managing client meeting diaries and appointments.
- Scanning and uploading documents, including signed wills.
- Registering wills with the National Will Register.
- Inputting data into legal systems.
- Preparing documents for fee earner meetings, including printing and binding.
- Running basic compliance checks, such as AML.
- Ordering reports, valuations, and Land Registry documents.
- Ensuring all documents are ready in advance of client meetings.
What we are looking for:
