Are you passionate about keeping IT systems secure, efficient, and resilient? Do you enjoy working across end-user computing, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a technically versatile IT Engineer to support our dynamic IT environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, supporting colleagues across the business, and helping shape the future of our IT landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows and Apple devices.
  • Build, configure, and manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support and administer Microsoft Server environments, virtualisation platforms (VMware), and cloud services (Azure).
  • Manage Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, including user lifecycle and access controls.
  • Support network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks (Cisco/Meraki experience is a plus).
  • Assist with backup, recovery, patching, vulnerability management, and general IT security practices.
  • Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong IT background with hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or operations.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Azure Entra ID, and end-user device management.
  • Exposure to networking concepts, VMware, cloud services, and IT security principles.
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical users.
  • UK driving license and ability to travel between sites.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with VPNs, firewalls, or modern endpoint management.
  • Worked in agile/project-based environments.
  • Keen to develop deeper skills in infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity.
