We are partnering with an ambitious North East tech company that is actively seeking talented, motivated, and ambitious Sales Consultants to join their team. The company operates from great offices in the North East and is on an exciting growth plan – early involvement could even lead to shares that may change your life when the business is sold.
This role is not a hands‑off position. You will receive support from an appointment setter but also be expected to generate your own appointments through cold calling. The position offers uncapped on‑target earnings (OTE) and the chance to build a substantial income.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media selling.
- Conduct outbound calls to companies on a regional and national level to engage decision makers.
- Set meetings for the Account Executives to close opportunities.
- Experience in a high‑volume sales outreach environment.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport naturally.
