A well established and highly regarded full service law firm is seeking a Romanian speaking Litigation Support Assistant to join its growing Claimant Personal Injury team. With a long standing reputation for excellence and a strong presence across the UK, the firm is recognised for delivering high-quality legal services, particularly in complex and serious injury claims. The team works closely with clients, clinicians, and rehabilitation professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes following life-changing injuries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Romanian speaker to join a specialist legal team, supporting case handlers and playing a key role in progressing personal injury claims for both English and Romanian-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities include:- Handling initial personal injury enquiries and setting up new case files
- Acting as an interpreter between clients and legal professionals
- Translating legal documents and correspondence (Romanian – English)
- Supporting case progression through administrative and organisational tasks
- Liaising with clients, witnesses, barristers, medical experts, and other professionals
- Assisting with evidence gathering, including medical and employment records
- Preparing documentation for case reviews, conferences, and court deadlines
- Maintaining accurate and compliant file records
- Fluent in both Romanian and English (essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in personal injury or legal settings is advantageous but not essential
