This role is ideal for a professional with MRICS, FRICS, or AssocRICS status who is looking to take the next step in their career with a dynamic and supportive firm offering nationwide coverage and strong opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake RICS-compliant residential valuations for secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio purposes.
- Deliver high-quality reports with in-depth market analysis and clear recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including lenders, landlords, investors, and developers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated property services.
- Support and mentor junior surveyors and APC candidates.
- Remain up to date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practice.
- Contribute to business development and assist in winning new instructions.
Requirements
- MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
- RICS Registered Valuer (VRS).
- Proven experience in residential valuation.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with valuation tools and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
