Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake RICS-compliant residential valuations for secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio purposes.
  • Deliver high-quality reports with in-depth market analysis and clear recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including lenders, landlords, investors, and developers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated property services.
  • Support and mentor junior surveyors and APC candidates.
  • Remain up to date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practice.
  • Contribute to business development and assist in winning new instructions.

Requirements

  • MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
  • RICS Registered Valuer (VRS).
  • Proven experience in residential valuation.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with valuation tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
