An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join the team at their North East head office. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third‑party providers, and sub‑contractors.
  • Assist in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
  • Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.
