We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Tester to join our clients growing QA team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through manual testing. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to deliver high-quality software to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
- Analyse test results and provide meaningful insights to improve product quality.
- Ensure that testing activities are carried out in accordance with defined standards and processes.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of API testing (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD practices.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
