We are working with a cutting edge Fintech client who are looking to bring on a hands-on IT Lead to take ownership of their infrastructure, security and internal systems. This is a pivotal role where you’ll balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, helping shape our clients technology foundation in a regulated fintech environment. This is ideal for someone with strong technical depth who thrives in a build-and-operate setting and is keen to lead IT operations in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
- Designing and managing secure internal systems, networks and endpoints
- Building and maintaining VPNs, firewalls, private networking, DNS and certificate management
- 4+ years in a senior IT engineer, sysadmin or infrastructure lead role
- Proven experience managing secure IT environments, ideally in regulated sectors
- Strong grasp of networking, endpoint security, access control and system hardening
- Ability to document clearly and build scalable, repeatable IT processes
- Experience with policy-as-code or compliance automation tools
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
- Experience supporting investment platforms, financial APIs or digital signature tools
