A growing, product-led business is looking for a Graphic Designer to join a close-knit team based in Newcastle. This is a fully on-site role, working five days a week alongside product, marketing and brand teams. This opportunity would suit a designer who enjoys being hands-on, working at pace and seeing ideas move quickly from concept through to finished product. The role offers broad exposure across multiple brands and a wide range of creative output.

The role

  • You will work across multiple brands, creating high-quality design for both print and digital channels.
  • Projects will include product packaging, advertising, social content, point of sale materials and campaign assets.
  • From the point a product is developed, you will play a key role in shaping how it is presented to market.
  • This is a varied position where no two days are the same and where strong collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging design across print, digital and social channels.
  • Produce packaging, catalogues, brochures and advertising materials.
  • Develop and apply brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital production.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen brand presence and appeal.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role.
  • Strong portfolio covering print and digital work.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.

  • Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver commercially effective design.
