Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a high-performing L&D support function while partnering closely with training providers and driving impactful learning delivery across a complex organisation? We are delighted to be partnering with a leading European digital transformation consultancy with the hire of their next L&D Services Manager. Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Service Delivery, this role will lead the Learning & Development Support team, ensuring the effective delivery of administrative and operational support aligned to business priorities and needs of L&D leaders and the wider People Hub. Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, you will help ensure a seamless and high-quality experience across their learning and development offering. This is a hybrid role, based in their Newcastle office, three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
What you will be doing:
- Lead, coach and develop a small L&D Support team, driving a high-performance, service-focused culture
- Drive continuous improvement across L&D processes, enhancing efficiency, consistency and overall service delivery
- Own the administration, configuration and optimisation of the LMS (ideally Cornerstone), including content and curriculum management
- Partner with L&D leaders to manage the course catalogue and maximise LMS reporting and insight
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting in collaboration with MI and Finance teams, including cost tracking and apprenticeship levy management
What you will bring:
- A strong service mindset with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, including administration, troubleshooting and optimisation
- Experience with Learning & Development, including LMS/MOOC configuration and content management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
- Line management experience, ideally within an L&D or HR environment
- A self-starter mindset, with a focus on efficiency, automation and continuous improvement
