About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor within their New Build Housing division. You will take full commercial responsibility for two residential developments in the North East, comprising 38 units and 49 units, managing each project from inception through to final account. This is a site‑based role, working closely with operational teams to ensure strong commercial control and successful project delivery.
