A growing professional services organisation is looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join its friendly, city‑centre based payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing varied payrolls, building strong client relationships, and delivering accurate, high‑quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full end‑to‑end weekly and monthly payrolls for a range of organisations.
- Set up and administer pension schemes, including calculations and data submissions.
- Build effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and resolving queries.
- Carry out reconciliations and manual payroll calculations when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in payroll, ideally within a bureau or multi‑client environment.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple payrolls independently from start to finish.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, plus an understanding of BACS processes.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused approach.
